Welcome to Tile Slide Puzzle ("the Game"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Game.

5. User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content through the Game, you grant Puzzle Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Puzzle Studio is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
• Interruptions, errors, or data loss resulting from technical issues.
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for in-app purchases, if any.

7. Termination

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puzzle City, PC, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Puzzle City, PC.
